OFS is looking for a Cost Analyst to be an integral part of their Costing team.   

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Develop and maintain standard costs for raw material, labor, and overhead
  • Maintain ERP system attributes using multiple reports
  • Review changes to part labor routings and adjust costs accordingly
  • Generate quotes for customers
  • Perform month-end financial close processing
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly KPI’s for manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing teams
  • Support cost reduction and productivity enhancement projects
  • Perform time studies at various plants
  • Execute data analysis on financial information
  • Assist with special projects as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • General PC proficiency with strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to read Prints/Drawings
  • Knowledge of Bills of Materials and Routings
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Experience with Oracle ERP systems a plus, but not required
  • Understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and construction methods

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
