Furniture Industry Contract Manager
OFS is seeking an experienced and successful Furniture Industry Contract Manager. The qualified individual will be part of a team responsible for managing government contracts as well as assisting in responding to RFQs and providing guidance regarding contract compliance and company policy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Assist or lead federal government, local government, and education RFP responses
- Management of government and education contracts
- Creating ad hoc reports and metrics for various departments
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Ability to work well within a sales and marketing environment
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to understand and comprehend complex contract documents
- Self-starter with the ability to determine the correct course of action for an opportunity and drive a project to completion independently if needed
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- 5+ years of proven government contract management experience
- Shall be proficient in the Google and Microsoft suite of products including Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word, and Slides/Powerpoint. Includes the ability to develop templates and tools and create bid responses
- CET experience preferred
