The INSC Manager will be responsible for planning, organization, direction, control and review of all warehouse staff support activities utilized in the daily production of quality product.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Manage the daily warehouse operations
  • Reach defined goals and maintain our tradition of quality
  • Hire, train, and mentor staff and all plant personnel
  • Implement and promote continuous improvement initiatives, such as 6S and lean manufacturing
  • Lead team of warehouse personnel in a fast-paced environment
  • Analyze daily reports and utilize them to improve efficiency
  • Maintain timely and accurate communications with internal and external customer service personnel

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to maintain a profitable, productive facility, while successfully managing expectations
  • Previous WMS experience preferred
  • Record of maintaining high-quality standards for the organization
  • 3-5 years previous management experience in Logistics  industry
  • High attention to detail
  • People-oriented with ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and make sound decisions
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to be adaptable to unplanned changes within your work environment
