Bryan Ashley, a leading manufacturer of high end custom hospitality furniture, is seeking a Furniture Junior Project Manager to join our team.   This position is responsible for assisting our Project Management team with customer project orders

Essential Functions:

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Some examples of work this role is involved in:
    • Sending finish samples to factories and customers
    • Organizing and processing fabric shipments via small package carriers and freight
    • Assisting with project photo reports.
    • Developing and maintaining project detail spreadsheets
    • Managing re-orders and small scale projects
  • This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • High sense of urgency, customer focus, and thoroughness in all work assignments required to meet client deadlines and expectations

Education/Experience

  • Ability to understand furniture drawings is a plus
  • Experience with Project Management Software is a plus
  • Google Suite experience or similar is a plus
