Order Management Specialist

OFS is seeking a highly focused, professional individual with both a strong penchant for detail and customer service skills to fill a Specialist role in our Order Management Team at our corporate office in Huntingburg, IN.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Review purchase order and product specifications for accuracy and compatibility.
- Work closely with our customers and sales force to provide solutions for specification issues.
- Develop a high level of product knowledge.
- Become proficient at and work with multiple design and specification software programs.
- Work closely within a team as well as with other teams.
- Meet goals and timelines.
- Produce high-quality output.

- Detail-oriented and thorough, with a drive for quality and excellence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and desire to learn a multitude of software programs.
- Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team.
- Aptitude for learning and problem-solving.
- Ability to work amiably with customers and our sales staff.
- Adaptable to changing business processes and models.
EXPERIENCE
- Post-secondary education preferred.
- Prior experience with CET and 2020 CAP software is helpful, but not required.
