Product Application Specialist

Position Location:  Huntingburg, IN – Remote is a possibility

We are looking for a skilled Designer to join our Design Services team.  The ideal candidate should be proficient in space planning software, have experience in Interior Design, and possess a flair for delivering exceptional customer service. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize space planning software, especially CET, to create client-specific deliverables, including specifications, renderings, and Bill of Materials
• Generate installation drawings and related documentation to facilitate the execution of projects
• Collaborate with Sales or Clients to understand and incorporate design modifications into project plans
• Work both independently and collaboratively within the team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results
• Maintain a keen attention to detail while multitasking and prioritizing assignments effectively
• Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the project lifecycle and make informed decisions to resolve them promptly
• Provide expertise and support to the team in addressing product-related queries and challenges

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a relevant field
• Prior experience with space planning software, especially CET
• Knowledge of commercial furniture products, symbols, and furnishings
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in reviewing and creating technical drawings and specifications
• Preferred: Industry-related experience in commercial furniture or space planning
• Familiarity with design and project management processes
