Bryan Ashley, a leading manufacturer of high end custom hospitality furniture, is seeking a Project Development Specialist.   The qualified individual will be responsible for managing multiple custom project s from design request to quote. 


Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Process quotes based on customer supplied information and BA Standards
  • Provide product assistance to customers
  • Furniture construction, design and materials knowledge
  • Ability to read custom shop and architectural drawings
  • Communicate with sales reps, customers, and factories to generate an accurate quotation


  • Time management skills, organization, attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi task and perform within tight deadlines
  • Must have an energetic, pleasant and polite attitude when working with customers and coworkers
  • Proficiency in Excel and Adobe Acrobat
  • Working knowledge of Quick Books


  • Strong knowledge of email, word document, spreadsheet, and presentation software (ex. MS Office, Google Suite)
  • Strong communications skills and ability to provide detailed quotes  to customers in verbal and written format
  • Associates degree in Business or Design preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in design, custom furniture and/or architectural millwork
