As Regional VP of the Great Lakes, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and key market objectives which align with corporate objectives in an effort to reach the region's sales goal. This position will work directly with the company’s senior management team to determine resources required for meeting the given objectives. The RVP will allocate resources in an effort to ensure that the field sales teams receive the appropriate training, tools and communication needed to execute their sales goals.   



Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high level relationships with all dealer principles, key dealer personnel (Sales, PM, Design) and key contacts within the end user community
  • Develop sales strategies and work to ensure sales expenses align with budgets
  • Attract and retain top sales professionals within their region
  • Lead a wide range of OFS team members to ensure success on driving sales activity
  • Generate new business development and assist the sales force in penetrating new accounts
  • Maintain a focused strategy to assure existing customers receive excellent service and sales support
  • Execute growth strategies within the existing account base
  • Conduct/lead company presentations and educational seminars
  • Attend trade shows, regional sales meetings, and customer company tours

  • Outgoing communicator, with the ability to relate to all levels of management, support staff and colleagues of all levels
  • Strong understanding of the industry, deal structuring, negotiation skills, while strategically positioning the company to win
  • Entrepreneurial drive
  • Ability to empower the team by providing guidance and support
  • Proactive in managing resources to resolve issues


  • College degree
  • Adept in various computer applications such as, Google Suites, MS Office, as well as internal company programs

Expected Travel Requirements

  • 3 territory trips per year for 9 territories
  • Corporate Sales Team tours
  • Neocon
  • National Sales meeting
  • Quarterly Corporate visits for Manager discussions


Territory – Covering Ohio (Davis Group), Michigan (DII), KY (TMG-KY), IN (TMG-IN), Central/ Southern IL (Direct rep), Chicago and Northern IL (Direct Sales team), WI (Direct rep), MN, ND and SD (True North), IA, NE, KS and MO (M2 Inc and M2 Inc - MO)
