Styline Diesel Service Center Manager
Styline Diesel is seeking Service Manager to provide leadership, direction, and management oversight to a strong and seasoned team of diesel associates. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Diesel, Body and Sign shops, staffing needs, and scheduling the day-to-day needs of the department
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Lead and drive daily operations with a focus on service team members and service operations
- Handle customer related functions such as job scheduling and progress, warranty issues, etc.
- Develop business plans and goals that include staffing needs, tools and equipment and service promotion strategies
- Oversee multiple Service centers in Indiana and North Carolina
- Frequent interaction and collaboration with various business units to meet the operational needs of the company
- Develop bids/quotes for service jobs while ensuring they meet all regulatory standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of Service Management
- Clean driving record
- Possess good leadership, detail and organizational skills
- Ability to travel to occasionally to offsite campuses
