OFS is currently seeking candidates to fill a Test Lab Manager role.  This position will require setting up and performing test procedures in accordance with the appropriate test standards. 


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and technical expertise to drive outstanding results
  • Plan and execute production test projects
  • Participate in the revision process of BIFMA standards and the creation of any new standards
  • Learn and implement ANSI/BIFMA testing procedures and standards 
  • Manage and develop Test Lab team
  • Assist Central Quality, Engineering, manufacturing, and Purchasing with maintaining quality components and products
  • Maintain Test Lab ISO 17025 Accreditation



  • Ability to work/communicate well with all levels of the organization
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Thorough understanding of BIFMA’s processes/procedures
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities in order to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Suites
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
