Warehouse Supervisor

Position Location:  Huntingburg, IN

OFS is currently seeking candidates to fill a Warehouse Supervisor role in our Logistics Facility.  This day shift position supervises, trains, develops, and holds associates responsible for safety, production and attendance. The ideal candidate will provide innovative and effective leadership and cultivate a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Meet production quotas
• Promote and maintain established safety policies, practices, and procedures
• Manage inventory and handle material 
• Possess the ability to work with all levels of management
• Maintain Lean manufacturing standards

Qualifications

• Experience in all areas of Warehousing
• Extreme attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be a self-starter and motivator
• Ability to meet scheduled timelines
• Work in a fast-paced team environment
• Possess excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suites preferred
