Experienced sales leader, Janet Halferty, to lead GSA Sales
HUNTINGBURG, INDIANA — Today, OFS announces Janet Halferty as its new director of federal government sales. Leveraging over 30 years of experience in the office furniture industry, Halferty will lead the federal government market for OFS and Carolina, OFS’s healthcare brand.
“I’m looking forward to bringing my strong relationships in this industry, specifically within federal government sales, to grow OFS’s already expanding footprint,” said Halferty. “In this new role, I will collaborate closely with our existing teams, leveraging my expertise while also learning from this innovative organization.”
In her new role, Halferty will develop and lead federal government sales strategies while continuing to elevate the service OFS provides to this important sector.

Halferty joins OFS from Knoll Inc. where she served for 28 years in a variety of roles, including as sales representative, regional manager in St. Louis and director of government sales. Halferty’s exceptional experience includes state contract responsibility, as well as significant strategic leadership and awards with all branches of the United States government, including U.S. Veterans Affairs, U.S. Army, Army Corp of Engineers, U.S. General Services Administration’s Furniture & Information Technology program, Air Force and more.
