HUNTINGBURG, Ind. – OFS is pleased to announce the promotion of Rachael Kluesner to Vice President of Finance and Controller, recognizing her longstanding leadership and contributions to the company’s financial organization. Kluesner has spent 28 years with OFS, taking on increasing levels of responsibility throughout her career. In her role, she has provided leadership across accounting and finance while helping strengthen the financial processes, controls, and discipline that support the business.
“Rachael brings an incredible depth of knowledge to our organization, but what stands out most is the consistency and leadership she has demonstrated throughout her career,” said Nate Connor, Senior Vice President and CFO at OFS. “She understands our business, our people, and the importance of having strong financial practices in place to support our continued growth. This promotion is a well-earned recognition of the impact she has made and will continue to make at OFS.”
Kluesner earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Southern Indiana and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She later returned to the University of Southern Indiana to earn her Master of Business Administration.
