Styline Regional Driver

Colorado Regional Driver:

• 2000-2500 miles per week
• 10-14 average stops per week
• Home weekly
• Expected running area of: CO, NM, WY, MT, ID, UT, AZ, NV, OR, WA, CA

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $0.64 CPM plus Stop, Detention, and Backhaul Pickup/Delivery Pay (Expected Total Earnings: $1,600 – $2,000 per week ($83,200 – $104,000 per year based on projected miles/stops.)
• Sign-On Bonus: $5000 bonus paid in four installments ($500, $1,000, $1,500, $2,000) and contingent on active employment and accident-free driving at the time of payment.
• Incentive Compensation: Safety Bonus, Clean DOT Inspection Bonus, Recruitment Bonus, and Accident-Free Mileage Bonus.

• Paid Time Off & Sick Leave:
  • Paid Sick Leave: 48 hours of Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA) paid sick leave, front-loaded annually on January 1st.

Driver Qualifications

• Minimum 23 years of age
• Valid Class A CDL
• Pass DOT Physical and Drug Screen
• Good driving record and work record (no patterns of irresponsible driving)
• No DUI or reckless driving in the past 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Minimum one year of verifiable and comparable driving experience (recent within the last 3 years) 
• Professional/courteous/team player attitude
