Warehouse Lead/Inventory Control Specialist

OFS is seeking a Warehouse lead/Inventory Control Specialist for Plant 1 .  Attention to detail and sense of urgency are paramount. Qualified candidate must also possess a strong work ethic and confident ability to communicate, train and help fellow employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES,  Include but not limited to:

• Processing jobs and reorders with supply plants and outside vendors.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Oversee the receiving and placement of materials.
• Assist supervisor and warehouse personnel and daily duties.
• Assist in enforcement of policies and procedures in adherence within our safety guidelines.
• Assist in meeting production goals.
• Improve production efficiencies and overall quality.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Excellent communication skills. ( Written and verbal )
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
• Understanding the importance of maintaining accurate inventory levels.
• Ability to work with other plant departments to accomplish a common goal.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS A PLUS

• Previous warehouse and inventory experience 
• Experience with Oracle operating systems is a plus
