Some exciting enhancements coming soon regarding OFS Lock Cores. The dealer partner community spoke, we listened. We have some new lock core models that will be available November 18th, 2019. These new models will allow us to do away with the current, more manual approach and put the power into the specifier's hands.

New lock core guide
The new Lock Core guide explains the Locking options, the 5 new models that are available along with the 4 options that you can leverage to make the most of your specific scenario. You can learn more about the available Keying Types these models offer as well.
We also include some examples to help frame how you can use the new models to limit the number of lines needed for keys on your order.

Question:
- What happens after Jan.1st, 2020 if I forget to order LOCK-SETs altogether and the order ships?
- You will need to send a PO ordering the new locks as well as reference the initial order that the furniture order was placed on.
- Provided no locks are on the initial order referenced we can send the locks out at no charge.
- If locks need be expedited via Fed Ex Ground or Overnight you will need to provide your Fed Ex account # to your customer service rep.
