Styline Box Truck Driver

We are seeking a full-time box truck driver for Aurora, CO.

Job Requirements:

• Availability: Monday – Friday, 40+ hours per week 
• Drive a 26’ box truck
• Ability to haul and unload furniture, making multiple stops per day

Qualifications:

• Must fill out a full application to be considered for the position 
• Minimum 21 years of age
• CDL is a plus but not required
• 1 year of recent verifiable experience
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and annual DOT physical requirements
• Good driving record and work record (no patterns of irresponsible driving)
• No DUI in the past 5 years and no Reckless Driving in the past 3 years
• Professional/courteous/team player attitude

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Range: $20.00 – $23.00 / hour (Hourly, Non-Exempt)
• Incentive Compensation: Eligibility for weekly production bonus from day one. Bonus rates are calculated on a monthly basis, subject to company profitability, and require maintaining an acceptable attendance record.
• Sign-On Bonus: $1000 bonus paid in four $250 installments and contingent on active employment at the time of payment.
• Longevity Bonus: Eligibility for longevity bonus following one (1) year of continuous service. Bonus is calculated based on established bonus rate x years of service.
• Perfect Attendance Bonus: Immediate eligibility with $125 bonus payable in the month following the full quarter in which perfect attendance is maintained. Quarters are defined as the full three-month periods of January – March, April – June, July – September and/or October – December.
• Paid Time Off & Sick Leave:
  • Paid Sick Leave: 48 hours of Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA) paid sick leave, front-loaded annually on January 1st.
  • Vacation: 0 days accrued/usable in calendar year 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, accrues on a pro-rata basis for up to 80 hours per year in alignment with OFS' vacation schedule.
• Insurance Benefits (Eligibility following thirty (30) days of continuous service): Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Supplemental Life Insurance, Company-Provided Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, and AFLAC.
• Additional Benefits:
  • 401(k) retirement plan eligibility after 6 (6) months of employment.
  • Company-Provided Long-Term Disability coverage following five (5) years of continuous service.
