Quality Specialist

OFS is seeing a dedicated Quality Specialist to join our team. This role will provide quality assurance support and guidance to all manufacturing facilities, ensuring compliance with company quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain process work instructions, standards, specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to production processes and incoming materials.
• Collaborate with manufacturing plants to standardize production processes and proactively address quality concerns.
• Conduct hands-on troubleshooting of quality issues as they arise.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings.
• Background in Plastics Engineering is a plus.
• Familiarity with Metal/Welding specifications is a plus.

Previous Work Experience (Preferred but Not Required):

• Experience with Oracle systems.
• Understanding of Bills of Material (BOM).
• Background in Wood, Plastic, and Metal manufacturing.
• Experience in Quality Assurance processes.
