Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Partnerships
The Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Partnerships will drive product management, integration and commercialization efforts for new brands, acquisitions, and partnerships across multiple channels at OFS. This role ensures alignment across commercial, operational, and channel functions while positioning OFS Brands for near- and long-term revenue growth.
Core Responsibilities
Product Management & Commercial Integration
- Lead the product management function and project leadership of key new brands and product lines. Partner with a cross functional team on the successful integration across commercial, operational, channel, and brand sectors.
- Collaborate with the internal and external designers and partners to drive future cross channel product additions and line extensions for new brands.
- Create channel marketing plans and pricing strategies for new collections.
- Serve as the voice of the customer for the acoustic products category. Identify new product and technology development initiatives across all geographies including international, and work with a cross functional team to execute.
- Synchronize messaging, operations, and portfolio strategy to accelerate revenue across all applicable channels..
Channel Development & Sales Growth
- Manage e-commerce partners across all functional areas. Research other new channel opportunities and oversee expansion into any of their platforms.
- Partner with sales teams on sales enablement tools, identify competitive opportunities, and focus on growing dealer channel sales.
M&A & Strategic Partner Initiatives
- Project manage additional product assortment integrations.
- Assess synergies, build go-to-market strategies, and lead GTM execution on future acquisitions.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Blend voice of customer and sales feedback with internal and partner capabilities to form actionable strategies.
- Provide business cases and ROI analyses for product, channel, and M&A initiatives.
- Experience & Capabilities
- 7–10 years in product management, sales leadership, business development, and partnership creation within B2B design/manufacturing.
- Strong background in channel strategy, omni-channel growth, and distribution management.
- Proven success with M&A integration and/or alliance partnerships.
- Skilled in cross-functional leadership and project management.
- Strategic communication and executive-level influence skills.
- MBA preferred; international business experience and multi-lingual skills are a bonus.
- Travel expectation 25-30%.
