Lead Person-Seating Division

Plant 11 in Leitchfield, Ky, an OFS company, is currently seeking a Lead Person for the Seating Division on our day shift.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high quality products.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: 

• Supervise and coordinate the daily production schedule 
• Promote and maintain established safety policies, practices, and procedures 
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards 
• Train and develop team members 
• Collaborate with all levels of management and departments 

• Maintain Lean Manufacturing Standards 

   

QUALIFICATIONS 
 

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment 
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment and quality principles 
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members 
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
