Huntingburg, Ind. October 7, 2025 - OFS announced two strategic leadership transitions, aligning with its long-term succession planning. Jim Huebner, who has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2008, has been appointed Chief of Staff and will continue to serve on the company’s Board of Directors. The new role recognizes his longstanding financial leadership and significant contributions to OFS’ growth. “Jim Huebner has been a cornerstone of our financial strategy and growth,” said Hank Menke, President and CEO of OFS. “Under his guidance, we achieved record performance, strengthened our balance sheet, and built a high-performing finance team. We are fortunate to retain his leadership on our Board.”
As part of this transition, OFS has also appointed Nathaniel (Nate) Connor as its new Chief Financial Officer. Bringing a proven track record in financial leadership, most recently as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Ecovyst, Inc., he will partner with Jim Huebner to ensure a seamless transfer of financial oversight and operational leadership. “It’s an honor to join OFS at a time of such strong momentum,” said Connor. “Jim’s leadership set a high bar, and I’m looking forward to collaborating with OFS’ talented leadership team to build on that success.”
This transition underscores OFS’ commitment to deliberate succession planning and sustaining excellence in financial performance.
